Urban Estate of the Late 19th Century

The estate, owned by noblewoman M. Chyhrintseva, consists of a two-storey wooden residential building fronting the red building line of Andriivskyi Descent, and a two-storey wing (annex) located deeper within the plot, with one-storey additions from a later period.

Of particular interest is the main house: a two-storey wooden structure, clad with wooden boards, resting on a high brick plinth. It has a rectangular plan, elongated toward the courtyard. The main façade features a tall wooden porch with a balcony above it, topped by a triangular pediment.

In 1982, the estate was restored, and its lost decorative elements were reconstructed, returning the building to its original appearance.
