About the place
The Neo-Gothic House with Cats, which was owned by Colonel Yahymovskyi has that name for a reason. Bas-reliefs of cats with green eyes and red lips stand out from the rich stucco of its façades with grotesque chimeras, male masсarons and owls.
It is believed that for more than a century since the construction of the House in 1909, they have protected the well-being of the mansion from the dark intentions of the concrete devil watching from the roof. Apart from unusual decorations, the mansion also has a non-standard flats layout, varying number of storeys on the front and back of the house, interesting windows and balconies, each of which is unique.
