The Urban Park was opened in 2021 as part of the Presidential programs "Great Construction" and "Healthy Ukraine." It is now the largest and most modern sports cluster in Ukraine. 

Visitors can enjoy various sports activities, including a concrete skate park, courts for streetball and street soccer, a dance area, outdoor workout stations, and bleachers for parkour. Entry to the park is free, making it an ideal spot for both sports and relaxation. In addition to extreme sports, there's a path around the park for leisurely rides on rollerblades, scooters, and bicycles. 

The park was  designed to be accessible to visitors with limited health abilities, with smooth surfaces, seating at different heights, and workout equipment specially tailored for people in wheelchairs.
