Pavilion No. 8 is located in the main square of the Expo Center. The architecture of the pavilions in the central area draws inspiration from ancient styles: Babylonian (Pavilion No. 1), Roman (Pavilion No. 8), Egyptian (Pavilion No. 7), and Greek (Pavilion No. 4). Pavilion No. 8 is a rectangular building with an inner courtyard, framed by a colonnade on three sides. The architects, Dmytro Batalov and Vasyl Hnizdilov, originally designed the pavilion to host exhibitions on "Horticulture, Gardening, and Winemaking."
Today, the building houses a private civil registry office, featuring Kyiv’s largest hall for wedding ceremonies and a lavish interior.
