The Kyiv National Academic Young Theater is a theater company that has been working in Kyiv since its foundation in 1979. From 1985 to the present, the theater has been housed in a former apartment building at 17 Prorizna Street, which in different years housed an officer's club, a Polish theater, the Young Theater (Les Kurbas), and the Komsomolets Ukrayiny cinema. To this day, the theater still follows the Molodyi manifesto in its search for and embodiment of eternal themes that concern people on stage.
