In April 2018, the theater celebrated its 30th anniversary. It is the first engagement theater in Ukraine, meaning that actors are invited to participate in performances for a certain period of time under a contract. Over 30 years, more than 300 actors have performed on the theater's stage. Every time before a performance, the theater's artistic director Oleksiy Kuzhelnyi gives the audience a tour of the theater and tells the story of the building, which is a historical and architectural monument.
