The beginning of the 20th century was a time of dynamic changes, a transport, industrial and construction boom. Follow our hero riding a retro bicycle to see the house that the famous dynasty of that era, Fedot and Pavlo Alioshyns, created for themselves.
A 6-storey building with elements of a Renaissance palazzo was built by father and son in 1909 as a revenue house, and Fedot Alioshyn set up his own workshop in the attic. It is not surprising that the Alioshyns wanted to make their creation special, so they added to the façade a large majolica panel with floral ornaments.
